the rooms were maintained impeccably, , quiet and clean, , giving me a peaceful sleep every night. the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous, going out of their way to assist me in retrieving some lost items.

The hotel had some problems with room cancellations which caused some inconvenience to large groups like my family's.

Great location, just a short walk from some famous sights and public transportation. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Bonus points for the friendly staff who were always happy to help out.

The hotel management could do better in communicating their policies. We had some trouble with our reservation which resulted in some inconvenience.

Great location! The hotel was in a prime spot, with easy access to public transport and important attractions. My room was always clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the on-site amenities offered.

There were some issues with my room reservation. Although I had confirmed with the hotel beforehand, my room was not immediately available upon arrival.
